As social beings, talking with others is an effective way to sift through our thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Very often, however, we don't feel comfortable talking to the people in our lives, regardless of how close we may feel to them. This is where individual talk therapy can be very helpful. It gives you the opportunity to discuss anything on your mind in a safe space and in complete confidence. Without any judgment, I will collaborate with you to explore your feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, work through challenging memories, and identify aspects of your life that you would like to change. The ultimate goal of therapy is to help you better understand yourself and set personal goals that will lead to positive change. 

Getting help should never be prohibited by cost. As such, a sliding scale of fees is available depending on each client's financial situation.
